You see a 3D design and approve it first. Nothing is fabricated or fixed until the drawings are signed off.

Every material named on the estimate, so you know exactly what you are buying before anything is ordered.

Manufacture
Cabinetry, workstations and loose furniture are made on our own factory floor in Vanagaram, so the specification you approve is the one that reaches site.

Execution
Joinery, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning run to one programme under one contract, with one team accountable.

Handover
Snagging closed out and the space handed over finished, not nearly finished.

Before you call
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. Measurement and survey cost nothing, and you get an itemised estimate you can compare line by line before committing to anything.
Can you build to my architect's drawings?
Yes. That is our execution-only route. We price the bill line by line, flag anything that will not build as drawn before work starts, and deliver to the specification without substituting materials.
Do you actually make the furniture?
Yes, on our own factory floor in Vanagaram. Cabinetry, workstations and loose furniture are manufactured by us, so the specification you approve is the specification that reaches site.
Who handles the electrical and air conditioning?
We do. Joinery, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning are four trades on our own rolls, not subcontracted, which is why a single contract can cover design, manufacture, services and finishing.
Do you work outside Chennai?
Yes. We are based in Chennai and execute across India. Site teams travel, and mobilisation is priced into the estimate rather than added afterwards.
